Bridget Clough
Bridget Clough is a professionally trained mediator. She also has many years of legal training and work experience to support her work in the field. Bridget earned a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology with an emphasis on Criminology in 1997 and a Juris Doctorate degree in 2002. She graduated from Thomas Jefferson School of Law with pro-bono honors for her work with the US Fund for UNICEF during two of her three years of law school.
Bridget’s work experience includes service in the Public Defender’s office in Grand Junction, Colorado, employment under a solo practitioner specializing in family law in Medford, Oregon, and specialized work in mediation, arbitration and litigation for Raymond James Financial Headquarters in St. Petersburg, Florida. After having her first child in 2005, she decided to take some time off to focus on caring for her family.
Beginning in law school and during her experiences after graduation, Bridget was disappointed by the types of lawsuits being filed, the intense conflict between opposing parties, and a lack of compassion in the litigation process. She has happily discovered a place to flourish as a peacemaker in the field of mediation, which allows her to work with clients towards mutually satisfying, long-term solutions.
Bridget specializes in marriage issues, divorce, workplace conflict, and disputes between home owners associations and home owners. She looks forward to applying her legal education, work experience and conflict resolution skills to help find lasting solutions for you.
