Dr. Kinnison currently leads The Journey with Christ, a network of House Churches. He received mediation training from the American Association of Christian Counselors.
Kinnison made a commitment of faith to Christ at 18. A year later, he sensed the call of God to ministry. He assisted individuals, missionaries, pastors, and churches in conflict for much of his ministry. When he felt God calling him to a House Church planting ministry, he desired to follow Paul’s model of tent-making. Mediation seemed a natural and good fit. Kinnison launched Genesis Mediation and Christian Mediation in 2006. He practices in the area of divorce and family, business and eldercare. Randy focused on senior adults and eldercare issues during his years in ministry. He helped families with succession issues of passing business from generation to generation. He counseled coupled and families for 25 years on a regular basis as a pastor. This experience and background led him to receive training in mediation and launch his practice. Randy is training other mediator associates, all of whom are strong believers, to practice along with him in Genesis Mediation.
