How does the mediation process work?

You can begin with FREE phone call consultation.   If you proceed, the first interview/consultation will determine the process and scope of work.  A proposal and mediation agreement will be submitted before any work begins.  The next step often involves others in the conflict.  Narratives are submitted by the parties and follow up interviews are scheduled with a mediator.  A full mediation may be scheduled with all parties, or a series of individual mediations with those in conflict.  If the latter is followed, then a full report of the mediation is presented to the larger group, managers, CEO and/or owners.
