With over thirty-five years of experience managing businesses, Doug has seen a distinct need for compassion and rationality in helping to resolve conflicts within organizations. His experiences in Sales, marketing, IT and operations provide him with a well-rounded understanding of the diverse needs within businesses, both large and small. Doug specializes in mediating conflicts in businesses, professional practices, non-profits and organizations. As a trained mediator, he has a wide variety of experience in resolving interpersonal and organizational disagreements.
Doug has a BS in Psychology from the university of Oregon and an MBA from Portland State University. He has served on non-profit boards, numerous volunteer committees, and managed many elected positions serving his church.
Doug and his wife, Carolyn, are blessed to be the parents of three active, grown sons and live in the Portland area. Married for thirty-seven years, they enjoy life in the Pacific Northwest – hiking, biking, kayaking and trying to lower their golf scores.
