Thank you for your interest in signing up for one of our events. It is necessary to submit BOTH a registration form and a payment form. Once you have submitted your registration information, make your selection from either “Early Bird” or “Regular” under the “Submit” button below, and click “Add to Cart”, where you can pay with a credit card. Prior to three weeks of the training, you receive an Early Bird discount of $25. You are also welcome to mail a check to the address listed below. If you pay by check, you receive another $25 discount. Once we receive your forms, you will be contacted with a confirmation and more information. A full refund is available (less any incurred merchant fees) if your cancellation is made at least two weeks prior to the training start date. Cancellations made within two weeks of the training start date will receive a full refund less $100.
Credit payments go through PayPal. If you have ever used PayPal and enter your email address affiliated with an account, PayPal will recognize. If you forgot your password, simply click on the Forgot my Password link. If you have never used PayPal, you do not need to set up a PayPal account to process. You can also phone your credit card payment in directly to us at (800) 729-0924.
